Academic Support Services
Learning Support Tutor - Your personal advisor
You will meet your Learning Support Tutor once every two weeks in the first term and once every month once you are settled. The Learning Support Tutor's job is to discuss your progress in class and encourage you to develop a disciplined, effective study habit ready for the University of Glasgow.
Studying Towards a University Degree - Your ultimate goal
Glasgow International College will arrange visits to your progression department and will host their staff for information sessions and activities. Glasgow International College will also discuss your progression options as your results become available and your interests develop during your programme.
We will help you focus your efforts in class
Classes at Glasgow International College are smaller and more personalised than standard UK university lectures. You will get to know your tutor and classmates quickly so you can feel confident about participating.
Assessment and Reports
Assessments will take place throughout the term. Glasgow International College will produce mid-term reports to give written evidence of your progress so far.
